Red Door Spa in Washington, D.C.. has an opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of its' Chevy Chase spa and salon to ensure our guests are consistently treated to an impeccable guest experience, and that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: guest service, co-managing spa and salon operations, driving retail, recruiting, scheduling, and administrative functions including cash reconciliation, banking, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements

Must possess 2+ years management experience in a fast-paced spa/salon, hospitality, or retail environment. Must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and guest service skills. Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills required.
