***GENERAL MANAGER (Personal Training)***
We are offering an opportunity to work with a leading Personal Training company to provide personal training services, nutritional guidance and help people reach their fitness goals. You will be responsible for working with our members to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and provide them with the necessary tools and motivation to succeed.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness and are devoted to ensure the success of their clients. Exceptional communication skills, a high level of energy, professionalism and a friendly and courteous attitude are required. Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience in the fitness industry and have a successful track record in leading people to their goals.

As a General Manager at one of our health club locations, you will be responsible for meeting with new prospective members and reviewing their fitness goals, identifying where they have failed in the past and presenting our personal training packages and most importantly, closing the sale.

This is a high energy, fast paced and dynamic sales and management position. You will be focused about 80% on sales and 20% on managing the personal trainers in your club. You will be responsible for all of the club's sales, customer service, personnel and ensuring that our service delivery is second to none.

We have a proven and defined sales process that will help you to succeed in this role. We have a defined career path for those individuals who demonstrate extraordinary ability both with sales and the ability to successfully manage a team. Top candidates exhibit superior self motivation and determination, convey a high energy and positive attitude and have no tolerance for failure.

Requirements

POSITION LOCATIONS & COMPENSATION

We offer General Managers a base salary of $1,000 to $1,400 per month plus commissions. These positions are full time 40-60 hours per week. Our average general managers make between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, while our top performers achieve upwards $70,000 per year.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Industry Recognized PT certification (i.e., NASM, NSCA, ISSA, IFPA, ACE, NPTI, NFPT, etc)

-Exercise Science Related Degree (i.e. B.S.)
