Description

Fitness Works is looking for the "Best of the Best" for the position of the Personal Training Sales Manager. This position requires someone who is energetic and focused. The right candidate would have the following attributes:

* Personable
* Committed to exceeding production goals
* Very HIGH ENERGY
* Able to close 80-90%
* Ability to consistently produce $20k+ every month

Minimum Requirements:
- 2-4 years personal training/ pt sales experience
- Certified Personal Trainer preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred

This position is not for the weak. You will be given 75% of your leads, and will be expected to close at least 80 - 90%. We have the best comp plan in the industry with an expected income up to $80K per year.
