Description

I am looking for an individual who is willing to provide sweat equity in the potential ownership of a 24 year old health club. I am able to provide a percentage ownership in the club if the person can deliver the customer base I require. The applicant must be able to operate the club on a daily basis, including the management of other employees. Although not the primary job, the applicant must be able to sell new contracts to corporate, hotel, and other local businesss' in the area. He/She must be able to present proposals and develop a marketing plan. The applicant must develop and implement an aerobic schedule, massage therapy schedule, and be able to increase current profit centers i.e. Smootie Bar, and also introduce new profit centers to bring in revenue.

Requirements

Do no apply if you have no experience in running a health club. College degree is not required although special consideration will be given to candidates who hold a degree. Must have proven management skills, and understanding of controlling daily, and monthly costs involved with a health club. Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner at all times.
The candidate must be devoted to running an established health club.
