Description

If you have a background sales. personal training, personal training sales, are in good shape, have a professional apperance, an upbeat personality and the desire to earn equal to your efforts, this could be a great position for you!

We are looking for a personal training director (TD) to oversee the personal training department. They are responsible for department sales and managing the personal training staff.

The TD will take all new and existing members through a comprehensive fitness evaluation and workout, utilizing a proven sales system.

We will train you and provide the tools to succeed!!!

After assessing each new member, you will present the benefits of personal training, explaining our unique method of setting up a training program equal to their budget and needs.

This position requires that you really want to help each member achieve their individual fitness goals.

It is essential that you know about nutrition as well as exercise.

A personal training certification is recommended

PT Directors earn a salary, plus commission and bonus.

Potential First Year Income: $42,000-$65,000

Hours are 8am to 1pm, (2 hour break) 3pm to 7:30pm, Monday through Thursday, Fridays 8-5pm, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays. (Hours may vary slightly based on club activity)
