Description
The Fitness Sales Manager works directly with the General Manager to lead and drive all club sales, maintain operations, financial management, programming and staff development.

This position is responsible for developing a team environment to lead and drive membership sales, implement marketing plans that include outside sales, prospecting, tours and presentations. Each team member must serve and assist all members with exceptional customer service and integrity, while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and appearances in the club. This will include maintaining accurate records relating to membership forms, guest logs, employee time records, sales reports and ensuring cleanliness throughout the club as well as provide emergency care as needed.

The success of the position depends on the clubs monthly sales as a result of implementing the marketing plan. The Fitness Sales position must meet monthly sales goals and establish a pleasant environment and smooth operation of the club in order to achieve the desired results in an efficient and friendly manner at all times. This person should have 1-2 years of excellent experience in driving sales, fostering member relationships, basic knowledge of computer operations with an ability to learn to new systems, and the ability to work well with people of various ages and abilities.
