Fitness 19 is seeking enthusiastic part time sales rep. in our Lakeville, MN location. These are fun, fast-paced, new, dynamic express clubs with a strong record of growth, and a lot of potential. SALES REP:
Promotes retention, value, continuing education and professional follow-up
Monitors performance, tracking and accountability of all sales consultants
Provides information to prospective members regarding club facilities, programs and memberships Works every mid-month and end-of-month closeouts Follows Fitness 19 method of selling
Supervises and manages the activities of sales consultants
Ensures staff adheres to the corporate policies and procedures
Conducts performance evaluations on sales consultants
Establishes and tracks goals for all club sales activities
Manages the lead generation activities, referral programs, guerilla marketing, health fairs, strategic partnering, sales contests and sales inventory
Manages and attends the mid-month and end-of-month closeout events and other related events
Monitors and drives all activities relating to sales, and retention
Performs all responsibilities of the sales consultant
Participates in the overall safety, comfort and cleanliness of facility
Maintains highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules, policies and regulations

Requirements

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills, maturity and a demonstrated record of achievement. An outstanding customer service orientation is a must, as is the desire to work in a team environment. Prior experience in club management and/or sales management is a plus, but more importantly is the candidates leadership and problem solving abilities. You must love the industry and want to work! Only the best need apply and personal training experience is a plus.
Friendly, outgoing personality
1 year minimum sales experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience in a sales environment preferred
Personal Training experience is a plus
Problem Solving Skills
